Called to confirm - overnight parking is okay. Very large parking lot. One other van and RV here overnight the few nights I stayed.
Just beware: a maintenance truck comes through in the middle of the night (every night) driving circles around the parking lot for about 30 minutes. Not sure what he’s doing… some sort of sweeping. It’s extremely annoying and disruptive.

Was asked at 2:30 am to leave. Several other RVs there also had to go. Security guard said we could park on road behind the Walmart (sunny dunes). Lots of RVs already there when we arrived. Security was K9 Security, different from the vehicle patrolling the Walmart lot in the evening. That vehicle went past us several times but never asked us to leave.
Report Check-Ingot a knock on the door at 2:30 am from security telling me there’s no overnight camping allowed. saw him make a few other vans and busses move too. he was nice but warned me if I stayed i’d be woken up again. told me there was overnight camping allowed on the street right behind walmart. moved over there and there were tons of vans and rvs no issues.
Report Check-InGot the knock at 10pm on a Wednesday. ~4 other vans and I moved on to another spot.
Report Check-Inscoped out the lot. security guard drove around a camper a couple of times until they left. we asked security guard if overnight parking was allowed, and they said no and that a different security company will come and tow people or kick them out. she sent us to the street behind Walmart and mentioned the Home Depot across the street
Report Check-InOne of the nicest landscaped WMs I've been to, meaning lots of privacy and dividers to park next to. Not many cars parked overnight, but it was fine. Ditto what someone said about a loud sweeper late at night, but it goes away. Announcements over the loudspeaker weren't even that loud. Overall a good time.
Report Check-InArrived around 9pm, and wasn’t quite sure if it’s ok to park overnight since a street behind the store had RVs lined up. Parked anyway and then noticed a few other RVs and vans.
Report Check-InTypical Walmart parking lot. 2 other overnighters were with us. Super busy until late even though they close at 11. We had no problems here.
One thing we noticed was an odd amount of police circling the parking lot every 30mins-1 hour. Not sure if this is a normal thing??
Report Check-InWe asked customer service if it was okay to stay and they said “Yes, but if police come by, they’ll throw you out”. So we stay. Without problem. Only things is there’s few homeless wandering around the parking lot all night, but weren’t bothered. The whole parking felt gloomy.
Report Check-Inno overnight parking signs.
not sure if it's just us, but these spots are becoming unreliable.
