Description

Stayed here for one night and may stay a second night. At night there are almost 0 cars here on Lake Washington Boulevard. No one came to the door in the middle of the night. And there are no regulated parking signs. Garbage cans nearby and you’re right on the water. It’s a cloudy misty morning so no pictures of the mountains but if it was clear you’d be able to see Mount Rainier and the cascades mountain range

good spot along the water, roadside parking gets loud in the morning

Report Check-In

I’d recommend parking along the street instead of the lot because the lot can get very loud, especially during the weekend. There were several vans when I arrived during the day but we dispersed once multiple people started blasting music and talking too loud. Also, it’s a very beautiful spot to hang out but if you don’t like people looking through your windows, wanting to see your setup or asking personal questions you should park along back row.

Beautiful and perfect! Would highly recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Seattle.

We stayed here many times! The lot says the gate closes overnight. It’s okay to stay there though. Sometimes a man comes through in a truck and announces that the gate is closing and carries on.

This spot is epic. Trash bins and easy water access. Dog-friendly, beautiful view.

Also - the man says he closes the gate but people who stayed late to hang out there were still able to leave the lot. Not sure if it’s easy to go around the gate or what, but I never actually saw the gate closed.

gorgeous to wake up to the beach and water and mt rainier across the view. you can hear the waves whenever there aren’t cars. joggers come by early though!

Amazing spot outside Seattle for a night or two. Clean and felt safe. One or two other vans.

Arrived late after flying into SeaTac on a Friday and no one bothered me. No problem finding a spot. Stayed until afternoon next day. You can swim in the lake if it’s warm enough & there’s restaurants-coffee-a running-biking trail. City ish boondocking but would not hesitate staying again! I parked street side as they were sign-free, unlike the parking lots.

Beautiful parking in front of the lake in a residential area. We stayed here for 2 nights with no problems.
There are signs saying that the Park is closed during the night and the gates closes. But the first night the gates didnt close and no one bothered us and there was 2 others cars during the night. The 2nd nights someone came to close the gates but didnt say anything to us.
Very quiet.
There are washrooms in the Medrona park just near which close during the night but no showers.
Also great fishing spot !

A little pull off next to the water. Good for class B. Restful night. Little noise except for the occasional passing of the car and woke up by the joggers loud voice at 6:40. Thank you Madrona park

Roadside parking with view of lake. Not too noisy. (Tight for an RV.) Beside a park with a large parking lot but that’s “closed” overnight with an easy-to-miss “prosecution” sign at entrance ramp.

This was a gorgeous place to spend the night. Definitely a bit of street noise but the view is amazing, especially when it’s sunny and Mount Rainier is out. Also had solid cell signal here on Verizon.

Nice place to overnight 1 or more nights. We stayed 1 night, no one bothered us. It's next to street so cars noise is expected. Not many cars passing from 10pm to 6am. 4 bars Verizon. There's a huge parking few feets away but day use only.
