Just read everyone’s reviews - We can confirm this place is AWESOME! Great vibe, nice spots to pull into for B & C’s. They also have little hotel rooms to rent if you are in a car or have visitors needing a place to stay. Toni is such a personality and so eager to help! We are here for 3 nights while catching some baseball up at the U of AZ..this is perfect! Also, Gates are locked at 8pm (you have a code to get in after hrs) and the place is monitored by cameras so it’s a very safe spot.

this place is wonderful, morever if you have the application HarvestHosts is 20$. All is clean, with big shower and laundry for free ! we recommend it !

Absolutely love this place! Got lucky enough to find it on iOverlander as there’s a lot of places listed around Tucson and just happened upon this one. So many comfy spaces to hang out and the host/owner Toni is awesome. I was only going to stay one night, but have decided instead to make this my base for a longer exploration of the Tucson area

AWESOME PLACE!!!diamond in the ruff. we stayed in our 40 ft 5th wheel for one night !! Toni the owner is a wonderful lady. free ice, laundry, you can drink the water, pool, movies, pac man!!! free fresh chicken eggs. it’s was a blast! i even went in to led zeppelin’s old tour bus ! very cool place highly recommend it ! 40$ 50
amp full hook ups sewer and you can actually drink the water. big plus
we will def be back!

One of the best camps I’ve stayed at. 40 bux for full hook up but it’s the finer things that make it amazing. Awesome common area, free coffee, free eggs, vintage movie room and free laundry is just the beginning. Support these places that offer so much more for less.

SUCH A VIBE! Toni you are a dreamboat! Thank you, such cool decor! Mid century dream. Bathrooms insane, coffee in the AM, music and disco ball on.

Awesome!!! Free laundry, free heater, community goodness and close to town. Showers, kitchen, morning coffee…. So good! Do it just for the experience because the owner is 100% someone you want to support.

Cute RV park with pool, one free shower and free laundry.
Spots are a bit tight and neighbourhood a bit suspect, however host is very friendly and park is well run and clean.
So old RV in yard, but overall a good place to stay for a few nights.

I never pay to camp. this seems very much worth it to me. $30/night with full hookups that I don't really need, but it was all I could get last minute. free showers, free eggs, and free laundry. Cool funky little place.

Amazing! Worth every dollar. (Said by someone who seldom pays for camping.)
Great Wi-Fi. Played Ms Pac-Man while doing free laundry. Used the retro stove and broiler (no broiler in our van) to cook breakfast. Enjoyed a beautiful fire while watching the outdoor movie. Interesting campers and conversation in the outdoor communal area. Best of all, the staff makes you feel welcome immediately. And, the Halloween decorations and candy are out.

Sooooo a nice vintage trailer park! He have just a fews places (10-12) foul services, à Nice pool, fire camp, movie theater exterior, outdoor kitchen, bathroom and a lot of place to chill in a really nice vibe (look at the picture)! I have 3 kids and it’s perfect too!

A funky little place with wonderful owners!! not a great area of town, but not horrible either. close to the Loop trail and everything you could want.

We stayed here for 17 nights as we sold our rig and built out a new truck for living. 14 nights were in a motel room while we unpacked and cleaned to old rig. Then we parked out front and build a bed and kitchen and toilet during the day using their power.

You can park out front and boondock for free, but get no amenities. For $20 a night you get access to pool, clubhouse, grills indoor and outdoor kitchen, 2 bathrooms, free chicken eggs and dive in movies by the pool. decent WiFi too!

Full hookups are $40 a night and we got the motel room for that price too (but we did stay 2 weeks).
Our final 3 nights were in the new rig at $20 a night as we adjusted to this new camper.

we cannot say enough good things about how accommodating the owners were.
