We were shopping at Chango Mas (WalMart) and noticed the Western Union (WU). We were successful in exchanging $300 Canadian. It is very difficult in this area to find WUs that exist, that are open, and that have enough money. Get your money while you can. The Chango Mas was well stocked with food and other items.
