For a city that claims the title of the biggest industrial city in the world we did not expect to find a place like this. Located in the residential area of Jubail this long waterfront area has plenty of options to camp. We picked the specific one because comes with a nice shade from the trees, overlooks the water and has a bathroom across the road. We check with the police and you are allowed to camp here.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
The park by the beach was pretty busy when I arrived at sunset. I chose a spot and went to a Supermarket/Starbucks/Domino's to kill some time. Returning at 8 pm, things had gone fairly quiet. Although there are still some people now after 10 pm, I am being left alone. Nice. Toilets are open, just on the other side of the parking lot.
Report Check-InNear to the beach on an puplic Parking Area!
Bathroom was closed bye! The people are very shy and conservative!
Nice place close to the beach, slept in the roof tent on the parking. Police drove by several times without checking. On weekends a bit busy lot of locals come for pick nick and swimming.
