Belize
This place is known as a bed and breakfast, but Robert has offered his land to overlanders, as well. He and his wife Becky are the kindest hosts. They don’t have a set charge, but we paid $10 BZD for one night. We were able to use the bathroom and shower in an unoccupied cabin. There is also WiFi available that was strong enough to upload a video. We walked to the pool deck to use it. If you need anything, I’m sure Robert will do his best to accommodate you—he’s that kind of person. Because of where his land is located in Crooked Tree, it doesn’t get boggy during the rainy season like locations that are right on the water.

We stayed here few nights. Previous description is actual except for the price that now is 15 bz dollars with bathroom in a cabin. Since they are getting more and more camping travelers they are considering to build a specific bathroom area. Be aware that as you get close to the village the dirty road is very bumpy and muddy with heavy rains. There were works on going so maybe they were fixing it.
