Bad exchange rate for Omani rial.

Watch out with SIM cards
First they show an offer: in my case 40 GB for 170 Once installed they said the offer is only for people that go to Mecca, new offer on other side of paper: 45 GB for 180. SIM card was only valid for 2 weeks instead of 4, I just realized when I checked. New sim card had 25 GB data + 20 GB social data that I didn’t want. All plans have local calls. I didn’t want the sim card and got my money back.

Grocery store will change Omani Rial>Saudi. Would not exchange $USD or €Euro.

After new prices on new year, it's now 1.26 SAR compared to the 1.15 in rest of Saudi.
Small supermarket and restaurant, but it smells bad here.
Toilets available as well.

Open, they have diesel, but more expensive, than usually. (0.86 SAR, whereas it is usually 0.75 SAR.)

it is a supermarket and toilets there and also a sim card shop for Saudi sim card. bit it is very expensive! 20gb for 150sr we drive to the next shop.

Second last gas station before the border to Saudi Arabia.
Last station is unverified, but directly at the border. They have kinda "gas-boxes" there, where you probably might need to have some kind of card.
So this is the last one, which is verified, working and has a small super market.
We had to wait 1hour for Diesel though, due to shortage.

The coordinates are wrong. The petrol station is on the other side of the road. Diesel available. 0,74 SAR / Liter.

The only half way fuel station from between the Saudi & Omani border and Harad highway. Limited services as of today to only Gas and diseal.
No supermarket yet.
Mosque with ablution facilities are available.. Safe trip to everyone..
