This is not a Western Union. We went there to change money, there is indeed a small office where they can do this, but only for USD they told us. We had some USD, but preferred to change our EUR, which they couldn’t change. They sent us to the city center. In the city Center, we couldn’t find the money changers (must have been the wrong moment), Western Union doesn’t change money and only accepts ARP here, if you want to pay on behalf of someone else (visited 2 ‘real’ Western Union offices). So we went again to this supermarket and asked to change our USD, the man now told us he didn’t receive the exchange rate of today and couldn’t phone for it, we had to come again later what we didn’t do, because it was already 4.30 PM.

Western Unions are hard to find but worth the effort as you will get a better exchange for foreign currency than that offered by the banks. This one, at ChangoMas, gave us money (changing CDN$) within 10 minutes. You will be asked to show your passport.
