We stayed here one night after hiking the Coyote Wall trail. No signs prohibiting overnight parking. Train runs close by but it is a very quiet train. Got a great night sleep. Pit toilet on site.

Stayed the night at after hiking coyote wall. Quite except for train passings.

this place is a decent stop for a night. but unfortunately dog poop, Mosquitos, and constant flow of traffic added by the train every 30 min is kinda a bummer.
Worked great for us. Flat, quiet (other than train, but not bad). Great hiking too.
Report Check-InTrailhead parking operated by the National Park Service. Google says open 24 hrs and didn’t see any signs to the contrary. I was the only overnighter, dark and pretty quiet, but the trains could be heard pretty frequently. Nice trails if you like to hike.
