Description

New campsite set up this year in the woods, across the street from the lake. Great facilities, piping hot water from a woodstove heater in the showers. Host is English speaking and very attentive. Contact via the Instagram is very quick and easy, open year-round. Great and safe location between Bariloche and El Bolson. Mostly tenting in the woods, but space for non-tenters at the front, especially out of season.

We were there with motorbikes, you cannot park beside the tent but they provide a wheelbarrow - awesome!! and the rest ist just what the others already said: very very nice, calm, clean, we enjoyed a lot and the beer was phantastic!

One of the best campsites in the area, especially if you’re in a tent! Only 16 sites and they’re all private, separated by trees, nice and quiet, they said rarely full this high season. There is room for a handful of campervans, not super level but they’ll give you some wood planks to balance out if you need them. Spotless washrooms, roomy well-thought-out showers (with hooks!) that are hot in the evening via wood-burners. Home-brewed beer bonus! They also let us fill our tank with potable water for free from the hose. Lucio is super friendly and speaks fluent English, happy to give us local tips. Highly recommend! Paid $7.50pp.

Highly recommend staying here, the owner is super friendly speaks English, and also brews his own beer which you can buy and it was delicious. the toilets and hot showers were the best we've seen, all built by him. The setting is great too, most of the spots have a place to build a fire. We paid 5000pp. It's also very environmentally friendly, with recyclable materials used for the facilities, and wood from the surrounding forest, and they also have a system for the water too.
