The valve was unlocked so did not have to pay. Free dump and free water fill.
Report Check-Indon't make the mistake I made. I paid $10 cash at the entry Booth because no one was there and it was self-serve. got to the RV dump, and found it locked with a credit card reader. had to pay another $10. ended up flagging down the can post and getting my initial 10 back, but what a nuisance.
