You can reach this view point by a small trail which is marked on ioverlander. I uploaded a picture from the beginning of the trail.
You don't need to hike up all the way to the antennas to see the whole Laguna:) To get to this point it's 15 minutes uphill.

Report Check-InStayed in here for the night. it's low season so not many tourists here. if there were any they left when the sunsets. The place has beautiful weather and is nice and tranquil. The public toilets are dirty. Do not count on using them.
