Wonderful place to camp and swim and cool off. We had planned to stay 1 night and stayed 3. A lovely couple and their grown son live here and take care of many fruit trees. There is a side road with easy access and relatively flat camping for several vehicles, a toilet room with a flush bucket, and a patio with table, chairs & electrical outlet we used to heat up water for coffee. There is even a sweat lodge frame by the river, and a rope swing to jump in it!
The family is super friendly and the mom is an amazing cook - refreshing beverages and huge, delicious meals at great prices. Camping is 30pesos per person and includes use of facilities incl the river. Locals come for the day to swim and picnic. We were the only campers at this time.
There are hot springs very close for 10 pesos and 50 pesos. We soaked at the 10 pesos one because the more famous 50 pesos hot spring didn't allow dogs.
Small biting bugs come out at dusk and dawn. Using insect repellent or staying covered did the trick.
They have 1 German Shepard here which is pretty chill. The neighbors dogs do come over sometimes but they are friendly too. The weekend was busier than midweek but it's pretty mellow here every day, not as crowded as the neighbors. Highly recommend this special place and special hosts.

Was closed when we arrived. The lady from the balneario La Escondida (next to Eden) didn’t know since when they’re closed and the reasons).
Report Check-InVery Nice place. The family is pretty welcoming. 50 pp and you can stay for the night and enjoy the river. Baños seco. No shower. A kitchen. We ate dinner for 120 pesos each and had amazing Costillas de puerco with rice and vegetables. This place is more authentic than the other places around. Parking was flat and our dog was more than welcome.
