*Update: they did not ask about Covid test results or any Covid related questions at the El Espino border. Test was a waste of time and money.
*Update 2: they did ask for Covid test results when entering Nicaragua from the Costa Rica side, I guess whether they ask for it or not depends on who is there. So, you may still need this if you don’t want to get held up at the border.
