Here you can submit your documents for requesting a Visa for India.
Very Professional, great service!
Make sure you have all documents ready before you get there.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Everyone gets a maximum of 3 month and single entry, no matter what you apply for. Now the new standard seems to be even less than that. Only one couple we know have received a 6 month double entry visa. We suspect that it doesn't matter how much effort you put in your motivation letter (which we did and it made no difference to others that just wrote one sentence. Who reads it anyway?), it might just depend on the numbers on your bank account. So you should definitely ad a zero to your bank statements, which we would do next time...
Same in Kathmandu by the way, where the visa process is the same, you pay again 100$ and it takes even longer.
Also mind that the visa time is already running when you receive your passport back and not when crossing the border.
If you fly to India with an e-visa it's much cheaper and you can basically get whatever you want, at least a year, some got even 5 years. Although you are not allowed to stay this long without leaving in between anyway. Also cars are only allowed 180 days per calendar year. Check what the current rules are, otherwise you will have big problems and India is the worst with beaurocracy.
-2x Application
-2x 2x2inch photo

-Visa request “explain”
-1050 Pakistan rupees for 1 person

Documents as mentioned in former post. They originally wanted to have a proof of work too, but where okay with my bank details of my savings instead.
Saturdays after 4pm they don’t let new customers come because they are preparing for the weekend.
Been there today and submitted the following documents:
- 2x visa application form with 2x2" passport picture
- bank statements
- travel itinerary
- explanation why I request this visa from Pakistan and not my home country
- hotel reservation
- passport copy (all pages, not necessary)
- polio vaccination certificate
- copy of Pakistan visa
I paid 22650 PKR, cash only.
come prepared. print all documents in one of the nearby print stores. I also took my 2x2" passport picture there. foreigners may skip the queue and in my case there was always someone who guided me to the next desk. the whole process, including getting the polio certificate in the vaccination centre took me three hours only.
also, since the passport will be with the India high commission, they give you a piece of paper stating that your passport is not with you. make sure to take a proper copy of your passport as the application may take up to two weeks.
