A privately operated campground within park operated by Roanoke County. several rv spots with electricity, cabins and yurts. $28 in off season. super clean bathrooms and showers, decent wifi. some small MTB trails on site, close to disc golf course. Park has frontage on Roanoke River. twin creeks brewery on site open weekends.

DOB’s Cab-inns is a privately-operated campground within the Explore Park operated by Roanoke County. It has 21 RV sites, small cabins and yurts. Well maintained and attractive. We paid $39 for one night in an RV site with electric hookup. Great bathhouse.
Park has trails and frontage on the Roanoke River.
Not good facility for teardrop trailers. Very small asphalt pad and will not allow you to park on grass parking vehicle is a good walk. Will not give any refunds if does not suit your needs. Recommend checking before purchasing. Also deceptive on website shows it is near Roanoke River but actually no water visible campground
