Rest stop off 71N after exit 28. We stayed in a van. The truck section was full to overflowing, but there were only a few cars & no RVs that I could see.

Arrived after 1 am, parked in the car area and left early. pretty noisy with the highway right there all night, but it gets to be white noise. we'll lit, bathrooms are open all night and quite clean. only 1 or occasionally 2 bars of t-mobile cell service. many trucks in the truck lot and a few other cars, and 1 traveling van out front.
