great quiet spot - does look like it could get muddy after heavy rain
Report Check-InRight off road. A few campers were there quite chill and a few quite timid
Report Check-InHunter campground, tenting and van only, 15+ sites, most with firepits. Located off of secondary road, light traffic at night, felt safe, plenty of deadfall for fires
Report Check-InA very plain campground. It is solely for hunters to utilize and is monitored.
Report Check-InParked Friday and was prepared to stay, as we’d stayed there two nights during the week with no problem. A wildlife officer came and talked to a camping motorcyclist and we overheard him explaining that it is HUNTERS only camping area. Silly because we and the biker were the only two non hunters out of the 5 spots taken- there are at least 12 spots to camp overall. Just left and stayed somewhere else.
Report Check-InNice and quiet, ample spaces to get away from others. Only two other camps set up but no one was there, I’m guessing it was hunters claiming a spot for the season. Easy to get into, just a little bit of road noise but otherwise fine!
