This campground is STUNNING in the fall! The leaves are red, orange, pink, yellow ~ absolutely gorgeous.

Hunters openly processing large animals on the picnic tables without any barrier such as a cloth or tarp, so would put a cover over it if you’ll be utilizing one.

nestled next to mount nebo, this free campsite had a firepit and picnic table.

This time of year, the Nebo Loop is still closed but you can get to all the campgrounds on this particular road. There is also pull offs all along this road from Nephi. Plenty of spots.
This campground has a pit toilet, and each site has a picnic table and fire ring with grill grate. This is a shady campground, so if you need solar this might not be the best.
As quiet as these sites can be (we're the only one camping today)...locals drive through ALL DAY LONG. No one bothers us, everyone waves. I just annoying. Maybe 20-30 cars each day the last 3 days. It stops around dark. Other than that it's a nice FREE campground where there is a 6 DAY LIMIT. The pull off sites down the road are 14 days. There is also 2 fee campgrounds on this road as well. With 2 hiking trailheads.
