Interdit entre minuit et 5h du matin. La police est venue à minuit trente. Très sympa au lever du soleil.

Nice quiet place away from busy residential street. Didn’t see a no overnight parking sign however, cops came in to kick several cars parked on both side of the road. They said the whole beach area was closed at midnight.. We were the only one in our small camper van. Do not stay here and respect the locals.

Parked here overnight on a weekend along the water, and nobody came and bothered me. Monday night, I was informed that the entire beachfront closes at midnight. It seems that overnight parking Friday-Sunday is looked at bit more lightly as there were a number of vans parked overnight on the weekend. Nobody got towed, but park at your own risk.

Signs state no parking midnight to 5am

We made it through the night without any knocks or tickets. I was slightly nervous with the lack of other vehicles and some reviews from this area. The majority of sunset drive has signs that say no overnight parking from midnight to 5 am. At some spots along the road those signs are missing and it just says pull off pavement. We parked just a few yards north of the gps location along the beach. The waves, views and sunset were awesome. Below is a link to Pacific Grove parking. We did not explore lot one to check on the price or availability. https://www.cityofpacificgrove.org/our_city/departments/police/police_services/parking_permits___residential_parking/index.php

I didn’t sleep there as this is the property of the state park. There’s a sign at the beginning of the park.

Super quiet and peaceful town. Public bathrooms within a 15 minute beach walk. Lots of local walkers

On midnight a friendly policy man knocked at our sleeping door and asked us to leave. Camping was prohibited, although not good on the signs.

I stayed here one night. No issues. Woke up to a beautiful view. Tried to stay another night closer to the beach & got the dreaded knock. Soo idk…

You can park along the beach, parallel to the road all night. There are no signs that say you cannot. Just no parking on the house side of the street. No parking time limit. Quite a few other cars parked along there. The road is decently long, so you can drive up and down trying to find the best spot for you. It’s a little narrow, so really only suited for car camping, small trailers (I parked my teardrop there just fine), or a truck camper. Not suited for Class C or A. It’s directly on the road, so expect some cars passing for road noise, however, it’s a small neighborhood, so the traffic dies down heavily after sunset. Very safe. I’d stay here again! Wish it wasn’t so windy and cold when I stayed. Would have loved to sleep with my windows open and hear the ocean all night. Cell phone reception wasn’t spectacular but I was able to stream HULU just fine.
