This place is really amazing.
I was unfortunately forced to spend 12 days in the hospital after an accident. After that, I booked a stay in Karmitha's garden on Airbnb to recover before my flight back home.
Karmitha is just an angel, she helped me so much... she is so interested and kind. Making me tea, giving me organic fruits from her garden... Organizing my taxi to the airport, organizing cleaning of my wounds. She has lots of contacts and she is willing to help at all times.
Comfortable room, king size bed. Amazing garden, stunning flowers everywhere, so relaxing with the little pools.
Kitchen available for you to cook, secure parking as well. Karmitha also owns an organic estetician/SPA thing. Totally recommend and ridiculously cheap for what you get (around $12 a night).

the Jardin and karmitha are nice. her daughter, Maria Jose was here and spoke English. they offered 2 rooms. One with 2 King beds and a queen. it had a wee kitchen, bano. 600 pesos. the room we stayed in, King bed, bano 400 pesos. it was those prices regardless of you staying in your rig. you can only park small vehicles inside.
it was quiet.
they have cats.
our truck/camper was not molested in the street last night.

Very beautiful garden, parking for even huge trucks. Good kitchen, good chill area and nice people overall. space for a lot of motorbikes
