Fishermen beach | Wild Camping

Nice spot! Enjoyed walking the beach. Fishermen came and went a few times during the day. We got to see a stranded fisherman get rescued when his van got stuck as tide was coming in...such a wonderful sense of community in Mexico! Do check the tide charts...as long as high tide is less than 2 meters, you'll be fine parking near the two boats.
Saw three coyotes passing along the tideline at about 8am!!!

Easy location to drive to that does not require 4wd. There was one other couple camping there that kept to themselves and a fisherman that came by in the morning, but was otherwise very secluded. Lots of shells near camping and location was pretty windy but other than that a great spot.

Cool place. You might have issues with the tide cutting off the road.

Nice place, saw a boat of fishermen come in and one other rig down the beach aways. was able to park our 36' fithwheel without any problems, but I'm not sure how many more rig our size would fit. Some trash but not enough to keep us away. Good quiet spot for a night.

Been here multiple times, it’s calm and peaceful. But really windy all day…Not a swimming beach!

Huge pile of shells! Left from the hurricane most likely. Careful there is glass mixed up with broken shells…

Spent the night here, was mostly quiet but we did have a visit from a pack of coyotes around midnight. Heard them communicating with each other as they explored around our rig, saw a couple right outside our windows. Didn't see any fishermen, but did see huge piles of fish heads, clam shells and small sharks.

Peaceful. Spent one night after doing our laundry in Guerrero Negro. Coyote walked with-in a couple feet of the van on his nightly rounds of high tide looking for food. Our dinner sausages attracted a mouse into the van for the night. we heard him scratching and rustling until early the next morning. We tidied our food, bought some mouse traps and never saw or heard him again. Be wary of hungry critters!

Fahrt nicht weiter links oder rechts. Der Untergrund ist nicht fest!!! Wir hätten Silvester fast einen halben Meter tiefer gefeiert :-D

A beautiful place. There is no one here.
Do not drive further left or right. The ground is not solid!!! We would have celebrated New Year's Eve almost half a meter lower :-D

Spent a quiet night alone here on 12/19/22. Met a couple of locals who were out drinking cerveza at sunset. Fishermen showed up early AM and took one of the boats out for an hour or so. Easy access, easy turnaround at the waters edge. Took our 23’ 2wd with a 12’ side x side & trailer. Good shell hunting in piles left by local fishermen. Good cell coverage.

Camped night of 12/7/22 after finding gate to ojo de liebre closed. One rig there when our caravan of two arrived. Plenty of room for the three of our vehicles, as other reviews mention definitely try to stay above tide line. Anything behind the beached boat is okay. Don’t attempt to go further down the road for camping. Lots of shells from local fisherman. Group of fisherman came in around 9 am to launch their boat around high tide. Felt safe and was quiet. Definitely some trash in the area.

Long Beach but with a lot of trash. We cleaned up around us.
Few flat places for any size Rigs.
Very calm, we felt very safe

Good place to spend a night. Easy to access, some trash but not too bad. May get windy. Definitely mind the tide line.

this spot was great but DO NOT try caming anywhere else along this road. the tide comes in hot and heavy and you're likely to get stuck. but at the actual pin where the two boats are shore are is fine and you'll have no issue. just don't park too close to the water..

Large place, easy to access (we had a little car), very quiet. We have spent a cool night (finally!) here in tent. Some fishermen on the early morning. Negative point : a lot of trash .
Grande place, facile d'accès (nous avions une petite voiture), tranquille. On a passé une nuit au frais (enfin!) dans notre tente. Quelques pécheurs tôt le matin. Point négatif : beaucoup de déchets.
