Everything as described. Lovely place, lovely sunset over the river. Much nicer than the camping in town.
Report Check-InGreat place! Not for big rigs but our L300 fit perfectly. Daniel is a very very nice guy. It's donation based, please give him a collaboration, he deserves it. He has two very friendly dogs, he asked not to feed them anything. Benches and fire pits and access to the river. Clean pit toilet shed. Enjoy!
Report Check-InÓtimo lugar para descansar e passar a noite. Não tem muito espaço para motor home, mas conseguimos bem na margem do rio. Só tem mesas e bancos, bem rústico. Free.
Report Check-InGreat campsite with toilets and a river beach. great for tents, lovely owner. Technically free but accepts donations - well worth contributing to this lovely place
Report Check-InLike others mentioned this is a great place. If you don’t need a shower or toilet, we would suggest to take this campsite instead of staying in Villa Santa Lucia. Nice campsite sheltered by trees and great surroundings at the river. Daniel is very kind and it’s awesome he wants to share the land with outdoor-lovers. To give a contribution for it is at its place.
Report Check-InReally nice campground in the forest next to the river. Free to use, the owner is very nice and friendly. He also has rooms and showers in his house available. Plenty of flat spots for tents. Friendly and peaceful dogs too.
Report Check-Inreally nice place.
Daniel, the owner, is very nice guy and loves to help.
Nice place next to the river as described by the rest. We did a tour with Daniel to the glacier (where the mudslide was). Fantastic hike and special experience. Takes about 4,5 hours to get near the glacier, we couldn't get further but if you go earlier with him this might be possible depending on the day and weather. Note the decent is also a long one. Tricky track, not recommended to do alone and Daniel speaks English. Check him on Instagram by searching for Parque Los Rios.
Report Check-Inheading south on Ruta 7 you will see on your right the direction for Parque Los Rios, next to a sign saying "free".
it's a free camping space with no facilities except for few tables and firepits. The guy that own the place lives in the house next to the space and said we could stay there for free but we could leave an offer if we wanted to.
The river is very easy to reach for water
A great campsite. It’s sheltered because of big trees and near the river. There’s no toiletbuilding ore showers but Daniel, the owner, has also rooms available and can let you use his shower in the house. He let you camp for free, you can give him a small commission, and therefor let you use his campsite, wood, river (you may fish if you want) and he knows some trails in de neighborhood. In this area are some of the biggest and oldest trees in the world. Daniel is just so kind, we were soaked and he let us dry our clothes in his warm house, offered us tea. When we woke up in the morning he brought our jackets because it was raining again in the morning.
