Stay on the River! Great place to stay. A 4x4 would be recommended to go all the way down or up. No Trailers!

Rednecks shooting guns in the middle of the night. And they were driving trucks around our van at 3am drunk as skunks.
Report Check-InGorgeous location. we accessed from the south end of Turner Valley, but thanks to a local we exited across the river a little ways upstream and up the middle road (of 3; left, right, middle) which spits you out right next to Sandy McNabb park between it and Turner Valley.
there are multiple campsites at this location there are a couple across the river there are a couple just upstream and there are a couple up the left road at the very end, as well. lots of space for lots of rigs but you will not get in or out of here with a trailer at all.
I got down in my 1978 2wd campervan. if it was a bit rainy or soft you would need 4x4. this is a very beautiful spot right on the river. campfire on the riverbank.
you can see more spots on the other side of the river
