Picnic area off Rte 20. Quiet road at night, mostly local traffic. Right beside a cute park. Covered picnic tables but no bathrooms. We stayed overnight with no problems

As described before. Still the same. Mild temps (79-80) during the day, low 50’s at night. Safe and quiet.
Report Check-Inthere is a very big wind warning and sandstorm we were able to get off the highway and spend the afternoon and evening at this nice Lions Club roadside park. One other vehicle stayed as well.
We watched the two dogs and horses play in a nearby paddock.
Report Check-InStayed 2 nights. Two Ramadas with tables and dirt area. Large gravel parking lot. Can accommodate several RV’s. Some traffic but quite through the night.
Report Check-InProbably good for an overnight, but kinda weird with people’s houses around. Also full of goat heads or whatever the evil pokey things are, my dog got her paws full in just a few steps.
Report Check-InBig level gravel parking lot. A small desert area around it on the north. Two ramada’s with large concrete picnic tables. Plus a BBQ at each. Plus large trash cans (55 gallons).
No lights, unless the horse training area is light up (which it was until about 10 PM).
About 9 vehicles pulled in around 10 PM, never made a sound, then we’re gone in the morning.
Had a great free night stay.
Is only 1.5 miles north of the Rio Grande/Mexico border.
just a simple little roadside picnic area with a large parking area, even has a separate section big enough for a semi or possibly two or other big rigs. fairly level. gravel. I didn't check out the park next door. but you can hear chickens, donkeys and horses 😍 very little traffic.
