Something not right?

Description

We came here to use the water/dump station and found the campsite to be quite pleasant. It's far enough from the highway so it's quiet. $20 unserviced, $25 electric, and $30 full hookup. Self registration.

Good small town place along the Trans-Canada. seems like all towns along the hwy are next to the railroad, so the train noise is something we've grown used to. prices are still accurate, bathroom is well kept.

Nice camping close to the Trans-Canada Highway. 20$ for unserviced and HOT showers are 5$. Really clean, bathrooms were impeccable. A lot of diverse Women hygiene products were placed in the woman’s bathrooms.

Just as the other campers described, a lovely spot to camp. A good deal for full hook up services. Clean and cheerful!

This campground, also called John Woodward Campground, is a grassy area with a few shady spots. Most of the sites have hook-ups, and some are more level than others. Though it’s a self-registration campground (envelopes in a box near the flagpole), someone came to greet us shortly after our arrival.

You can do laundry for $5 a load. The restrooms aren’t fancy, but they’re clean and it’s a good free shower. Campers can use the water and trough-style dump for free. No campfires allowed.

We were the only campers, and the village of Tompkins is a very quiet place, except for the loud horn of the trains which we heard throughout the night.

A couple of blocks away, there’s a good playground and an interesting sod house to visit.
