Description
Small restaurant in the Parque Nacional Cumbres del Ajusco. 5 minutes walk from the start of various trails. The hike is amazing and you have a beautiful view of Mexico city and the surrounding. Plus it is dog friendly :)
Maria is very friendly host and you can sleep in the parking lot of the restaurant. You can use the bathroom even at night, and during the day, their wifi.
The food is very good, especially the sopas!
Very quiet at night and very dark, but completly safe !
There are 2 small rooms that you can rent as well.

We parked at Cabaña Erika before we hiked up Ajusco and agreed that we gonna have lunch when we’re back. Otherwise parking is 50 pesos per car.
People are really friendly and the food was very good. Also really fair pricing. 👌🏼
We spent the night just a little further up the road. On the right side you’ll find a dirt road leading to an open space/parking lot. We were two cars and had no issues during the night.
