Description

As you cross the bridge over the Naiscoot River on Hwy 69 South. A sharp right turn, boat launch close to Hwy. We arrived in a long weekend and parked away from the launch area . We are Class B. 2 bars cell service.

Comme décrit, à droite une petite descente de bateau près de la route donc on entend les camions mais avec des bouchons il n’y a aucun souci. Endroit calme près de l’eau. Pas beaucoup d’espace pour la haute saison.

As described, cute little spot for a quiet night (we parked down to the left of the boat launch in a small dead-end, minimal road noise but limited signal too). Note that the parking area is big but not levelled everywhere. Can be quite windy.

Great spot, Friday night the lot was full of parked cars after sundown. Must be used other than fisherman as there were only a couple of trailers. I was able to find a spot at the top of the hill. Road noise was not to bad. Nice trees, tucked away for one night.

Nice spot for a night. A litte bit noisy because of the highway, no problem with ear plugs. :)

We stayed here last night, one other camper here. Lovely spot, very quiet. Perfect for an overnight.

Report Check-In

As described. No problem for our Class B. A bit of highway noise, but nothing that prevented us from sleeping.

Great view on the lake, boat launch not busy at all! 100m off the Highway, therefore not very quiet - but on for the night!

As described. Lovely, quiet, dark overnight. Beautiful sunset over the lake. It's a car park with no facilities, but we had reasonable cell signal. Not suitable for super big rigs I wouldn't think, but maybe up to pickup truck w 30ft trailer should be ok?

Great spot for a night. Boat launch was busy so we parked up behind it a bit, lots of space. We had a nice swim here too, highway is a little close for it to be a perfect spot but all in all very good.

this is a very nice spots. there were a few vehicles here but no people assume a drop off point for canoe trips. nice for swimming. highly recommend

Great spot to stop for the night. Nice view and best of all; none of the annoying “no camping, no overnight parking, no having fun, no eating, no…..”

Works for a tent, if you go to the back where there is a small trail (old trail) that is private.
