Nous sommes arrivés vers 20h30, le garde est tout de suite venu nous dire qu'il était interdit de dormir là et nous a demandé de partir.
No overnight park permitted here.

Big rig friendly! Our huge rig and trailer - over 75’ made it in and out without any problem. We pulled in late at night though so there was no one else here and no one else parked. But the place is huge and beautiful.

Waterfront parking lot on Cryslers Farm where the historic Battle of Cryslers Farm took place during the War of 1812. So lots of interesting things to look at during our early morning walk with the dog off leash because no one was around at 730-9 am.

At about 1230 am security pulled up and gave a little honk, woke us up and we flipped on the light and by the time we looked out the window they were driving away. I guess they just wanted to be sure someone was inside and alive. Our rig doesn’t look like a regular motorhome. After this we had a great sleep. Super quiet, gorgeous trees and grassy area.

We stayed from 11 pm - 9 am the next day. You probably could stay and enjoy the Upper Canada Village - that is a separate parking lot closer to the highway. And it is also very big so I’m sure an RV could drive in there too.

Stayed here one night. Very quiet, near the Upper Canada Village. Bins available. Large area to walk with a dog. There is also another parking spot not far from here, which is a little bit nicer, at Chrysler Beach.

Report Check-In

We were advised by security that overnight camping not allowed unless UCV agreed upfront.

We had to look for campground 😩
