A dry pan on the left side of the road, approaching the main viewing area. Turn left onto the sandy jeep track across from the 1st parking area on the right. About 500m down this track turn left into a sunken, level and clean area. A vehicle is not visible from the main road and one is also shielded from the wind. No view over the valley, but we shared a very peaceful night here with two big owls. Not sure whether it would be accessible during the rainy season.

Stayed in Tundavala around the viewpoint with our overlandcampervan. In the night of 01.04.24 we were attacked by a man with rifle, he wants to force us to give him money. Fortunately he did not shoot and we could escape without giving him money. It's a phantastic area, but be careful. We stayed there 3 nights, that's too long.
Report Check-InDry pan very close in the middle of the surrounding views. We choose this wild camp over the other ones because it is sheltered from the wind.
Quite night and beautiful short hike in the morning but it is a pity there are too many condom sleeves lying on the sandy floor.
We spent only one night.
