steep hill | Warning

A subida é incrivelmente íngreme e existem buracos no asfalto nas curvas, o que te fazem perder a tração. Tentamos fazer esse trecho com uma VW kombi 1986 e não conseguimos, ela não teve potência para subir a ultima subida e tivemos que voltar.

The climb is incredibly steep and there are holes in the asphalt on the curves, which make you lose traction. We tried to do this stretch with a 1986 VW Kombi and we couldn't, it didn't have the power to climb the last climb and we had to turn back.

True but if you were able to master roads in Guatemala, you (your rig!) can handle this section as well. It's really just a handful switch backs that are very steep, the rest is not a problem.

this section of road is incredibly steep. our rig barely had enough power to get up this curvy bit. if you are very long, very heavy, or under powered then I would avoid this nasty section. the other way out of town is nice and easy.
