Pullout of Foothills Parkway close to Townsend. No signs saying no overnight parking. Pulled in around 8pm, watched the sunset, and slept in the backseat of my Honda Ridgeline - left at 6am with no issues. Pretty quiet with a bit of road noise from a town road below but not much in terms of traffic on the parkway road. Great spot - definitely recommend.
And decent two-bar cell signal

Great spot! Nice to be next to the river too. We had bad weather but it looks like you could go for a dip here.
Report Check-InVery nice spot to watch the sunset. Arrived at 6pm, left at 8 am. Low traffic, one other overnighter.
Report Check-InStayed for 3 consecutive nights without a problem in my converted SUV. This is down a secluded parkway, so not much traffic after nightfall when I was there. Amazing views; would definitely stay again!
Report Check-InNice little turnoff just as everyone else has described. I think you're supposed to have a parking pass ($5/day from the national park). There are also weekly and annual options if you plan on being here for longer periods. I have one from today, but it technically expires at midnight. I'll let you know if there's any issue
Report Check-InFantastic spot. There is a little mound of grass that seems to cover disability from the road. Unbothered arrived around 8:30 PM on Saturday and left around 5:30 AM.
Report Check-InHandy spot, we were the only ones there. No amenities, probably best to arrive late and leave early to keep this spot open!
Report Check-InWorked out great. No traffic passing the overlook at all during the night. Middle of the week.
