Parking lot that sits right on the bay between Harborside park and Seabrook Beach Village District sign, half of the lot has Seabrook Beach residents only parking, on the other half of the lot there are no signs for restricted parking or no overnight parking. stayed the night with no problem, I believe a couple other cars might've stayed the night as well. right off of a road so it was a little loud until 12 ish (we were here on a busy weekend), but other than that- 10/10 spot. loved waking up in the morning to see the bay in front of me, the boats sitting in the water, and the fresh seawater smell that came with the breeze. looked for some no overnight parking signs when we left, couldn't see any. there seems to be a bath house in the lot but only open seasonally from 8 am to 10 pm

Nous ne pouvons pas nous stationner à cet endroit. Ce n’est pas inscrit "no overnight " mais bon, pas envie de me faire réveiller cette nuit alors nous trouverons un autre endroit. Voir photo.
Report Check-InThere are multiple sings indicating absolutely NO CAMPING, CAMP TRAILERS, or MOBILE HOMES ALLOWED”
Keep looking!
Was here the week before when a trooper made me leave, was passing through this weekend and stopped to swim, found these new signs up
Report Check-InSigns have been put up that prohibit the parking of "campers, camper vans and RVs" or something like that. There were two stealth campers when we arrived but ours is quite obvious so we went elsewhere.
Report Check-InAbout 7.30 a Policeman came by and told all 5 Vans and also the huge A-Class Bus to be gone at nightfall...
Report Check-Intried to stay overnight, state trooper informed me no overnight parking
Report Check-InWould be a very nice spot, but a state trooper came over while I was there and informed me there's no overnight parking there
Report Check-InExactly as described. Beautiful scene with safe parking. Police patrol with only a wave. Call )gahead 24 hours if you want the fresh steamed Lobster /Seafood at Yankee Fisherman’s co-op. Well stocked market and deli nearby. TREVELN!
Report Check-InStayed here one night, was not bothered at all. Nice beside the beach cool breeze. women's bathroom not open men's was. Some noise from the highway. 2 other campers there
Report Check-Inthis is an absolute gem! so definitely be respectful of this place. it's right off a main road so it is a little loud but nothing to crazy, and the noise does die down later in the night. I was surrounded by a bunch of other car lifers! park at the area that does have residential parking and you're good to go! no one bothered me. There's even bathrooms open from 8am-9pm! and you can walk on the beach!
Report Check-InThis is an okay area. Good for a week I’d say max stay. Cops don’t care that you’re there nor do most of the locals. I’ve had one local male on a Bicycle ride up and yell into my van I’m a c*nt numerous times since being here. So that makes me a bit uncomfortable but besides that it’s an okay place I’d say 5/10.
3-4 bars Verizon
2-3 bars T-Mobile
there were 4 other vans here
great spot... slept great all night
Surprised there aren’t more reviews of this spot. There are blue trash cans and nice bathrooms open from 8 AM-9PM seasonally. Dogs can be on the beach early mornings and evenings. Park on the north end otherwise it’s resident only parking south of the bathrooms. There’s also some grass for dogs in a park on the far north end about 5 min walk. We walked to the fisherman’s co-op next door and ordered 2 fresh steamed lobsters for dinner ($30 including tax). Wonderful. There’s a picnic table in the middle of the lot by the water with truly incredible sunsets for your dinner. One of the best sunsets we’ve seen on the road. Three or four other vans / RVs congregated near us at night but quiet overall. A few loud motorcycles at night but nothing out of the ordinary. A police officer patrolled the lot and didn’t say anything. A local guy said he’s stayed in his van numerous times here no problem. Please keep it clean as it seems to be a major local hangout and real gem of a place.
Report Check-InThe original poster described it perfectly! Road noise settled down after midnight and there was a cooling breeze off the water. No one bothered me, felt safe, and a great view!
