60 pesos (around 15 euros) for a parking, dirty toilets, lack of Internet connection and noise from the brush cutter at 7 a.m.… fortunately there was a swimming pool for children… even if the cleanliness wasn’t good…
Toi expensive Regarding the place and the services delivered.

We stayed 10 nights, since we had a flight coming up in Lima and needed to kill some time. There is a nice courtyard area in the back with a cold, but pretty pool. Lots of green grass. Everything is well-maintained. Little swing that Caspian loved. Nice, shaded seating area. The neighbors burn trash that blows ash over the walls every few days. It can also be very noisy from neighbors (sounded like a massive drum line practicing right next door). Several times, we took a combi into Barranca. You can catch it by walking left to where 100 turns. Very inexpensive. Barranca is where you’ll need to go for groceries (and good produce market near the big grocery store). Some people find the owner rude, but he’s just shy/quiet and is actually very kind and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place for a couple nights. For longer it gets tough, just because it’s off the beaten path and there isn’t a ton to do in the area.

An oasis in the city. A very well kept garden and pool. Hot, clean shower and peace and quiet during the night. Very relaxing. We paid Sol60 for two adults and a car.

Everything as described. We really enjoyed our stay here. They have rooms as well, not sure about the price. Sleeping in the car was 60 Soles for us. The shower was hot and the Wi-Fi fast 🤙🏻 and during the night we had refreshing 19 degrees.
And for all blond people, who like to use the pool… Since it looked super clean, I swam one hour. And now my hair has a greenish touch. I washed them already five times, but it’s still there… just be aware. Not sure what they put into the water :-/

We were looking for a place to refresh after a week of wild camping in the Cordillera Blanca outside of Huaraz. This place hits the spot. As is the case in much of Latin America, the space behind the gate/high walls is so different than the dusty, noisy, hectic world outside. Shade, water, green space, showers, wifi, 220 power, and multiple outdoor hangout spaces was just what our family needed to re-charge. First shower was hot. Second shower was warm. We had access to a changing room with shower, toilet and changing area (rm 116) near to where we parked our van. No laundry available at the hotel. Quiet at night. Nice clean pool

This is a good place to camp.

You’ll park behind a locked gate and walled courtyard. Completely safe. Concrete pad with a nice grass area right out your back door. Swimming pool. Swings and playground for kids. Hot shower with good pressure. Covered area with comfortable seating. Decent Wi-Fi and 4 bars of LTE.

I was charged 60s and it was just me and Dixie. I see where others were charged 60 for two people. Maybe they charge by the car or Dixie counted as a person. Don’t know and didn’t ask.

A place other than the bathroom sink to do dishes would be nice. Heard some dogs in the night but not bad.

Would stay again.

This area around the coast can be hectic in the towns. This spot is a nice oasis. No height restriction at all. Walked in space with the drive in gate closed at all times. Pool is nice and shaded lounge area with padded seating. The owner is very nice.

Francisco is a very friendly and helpful host. He is really keen on improving the place for overlanders. When I asked him for electricity, he mounted a new plug outside to have it easier to get power. Payed 60s for two person/night. Could use the pool, had electricity and refill the water tank. Safe place to stay! As all the rooms where used, we couldn't use the hot shower, but the one at the pool. Entrance is possible 24h.

As the surroundings are not safe enough for me to wild camp, I decided to spend the night. The price for a double room is 80 soles. Internet is slow, but works.
