Quiet place. Parking lot in Curry Village. All other campgrounds were full. We stayed here 1 night.

Quiet in November. NP car camping. Restaurant nearby with cold and hot water for thermos. The village shop is better for groceries with more selection and better prices.
Report Check-InStayed two nights on a busy weekend. Unleveled in a lot of areas and even bottomed out in my class C in one of the rows. I got there early enough though to find a leveled enough spot. Good location to trails and shuttle when campgrounds are full.
Report Check-InSlept in the car on this parking lot, had no problems. There are so many cars, so I don’t think somebody cares of checking if someone is sleeping there. Also went to free showers in the campground here.
Report Check-InThe lot is used for the campground and hotel. We woke up at 5 am to beat the crowd and there were vans all over the place. On pullouts, other parking lots. Best of luck but I think the park will crack down soon. Too many people abusing this gift.
Report Check-InThere are “no overnight camping or sleeping in car” signs. Not sure if it is enforced.
