My partner and I drove around Manteca for a while before discovering this spot. The rest of the town seemed quite dodgy but it was peaceful, quiet and spacious here. Dead-end street parking. Could fit an RV easily.

This is only an option for a stealth van, but the home depot parking lot would be a better spot. It's an entrance to high traffic apartment buildings with no actual room to breathe.
