Arena Cove Pier | Showers

A little grey cement building on pier. Not in the greatest shape, but doors lock. It had a lot of water on floor, so wear water shoes! It took 1 token for $2.50 to wash hair and body. Hot water (which was nice). Go to coffee shop to buy token. Nice rest stop.

Tokens are now only 2 minutes but still two for five dollars. Tokens turn the hot water on. Hot water is VERY hot. You add cold. Cold water is free. No pliers needed. (See other posts). Flush toilets. (Free) Two shower stalls. Stalls large enough for two people so buy your tokens at the cafe and share/ take turns in the shower. I was able to shower with one token (if you are fast) but otherwise one token to soap in, let time run out and use one token to rise off. Poop and shower to the sound of the surf!

It's really a good shower with a high pressure. Definitely a 5/5 glamping-shower experience! ;-)

the reviews here do NOT lie. amazing pressure, hot hot, big space.

when we arrived at 7:30pm the coffee shop was closer, pizza place didnt have tokens, and harbor master was out. but next day at noon we got 4 tokens from the coffee shop for $10 and had a blissful hot shower.

BEWARE: you do indeed need a wrench or something to help you turn the hot water knob in. be prepared!!!!!!!!!!!

$5 for 2 tokens - the nice ladies in the cafe said each token was about 5 minutes, which seemed right when we went to take showers. the stall all the way to the left, you need pliers for the hot to work. good pressure and it gets hot right away.

great hot shower! one of the best in long time. Still 3min 1 Token. 1 Token $3, 2 for $5.
also great stop for having your lunch view the views and the ocean sounds.

This shower was amazing!! Super great water pressure, and it got very hot (too hot even, but you can mix it with the cold. I only bought 1 token, but it was enough. Water starts as soon as you put the token in! The woman at the coffee shop was very nice.

Bomb ass shower!!! HARD shower pressure(: Private bathroom with a sink, toilet, changing area and shower. View of the ocean through the vents. You can hear the waves when the showers off. 2 tokens for $5. I got 4 so I could RELAAAAX, and boy was it nice af. Nate at the coffee shop is sweet as can be! You can get shower tokens from him(idk what time they open but prob early), from the pizza place that opens at 3 or from the dock man who wanders and is a little harder to locate. Nate only had a certain amount of tokens and I got the last ones around 11:30am.

FYI the pizza place is closed on Tuesdays (the day we were here) and the pier office closes at 4pm. But cold shower was still great!

you can purchase shower tokens for hot water (cold water is free) from the pizza place just below the pier in the cove. $3 for one token or $5 for 2 tokens. one token gives you 3 minutes of hot water. there are two separate rooms with space to dress, a toilet and sink and a shower. Dominick is the man who works on the pier and can help if needed! i enjoyed the experience and am looking forward to my next hot shower here!
