I had a single room but with a large bed for IRR 11.000.000, which does about USD 20, per night. The room was quite spacy and clean. There was a window but only to the buildings duct but filtered day light flowed in and enought fresh air was supplied through. The bathroom was clean and large too with hot water and shower. The toilet was western stile.
They have a large garage too underneath, to which you go down by a vehicle lift. So I put my motorbike there.

Secured parking for motorbikes, bicycles and normal cars underground (access through a car elevator). 10 million rials (18 usd) for comfortable and clean double room, fridge, hit shower, complimentary water. AC not turned on (central), so you need to open the window, even in winter. Restaurant on site. Walkable distance to points of interest, restaurants, grocery stores. Friendly employees, English spoken.

Nice hotel, comfortable, rooms, very friendly staff, big breakfast selection, good restaurant serving lunch and dinner, safe underground parking, for bikes and cars, walking distance to the attractions of Qom. Price for single occupancy in a triple room 10 mn Rial, or $20

alking distance to the main attractions, restaurants and cafes short walk away also. Excellent inside security parking.
