Spent 2 nights here without any issues. There was mild street and train noise but didn’t bother us. It felt safe and it was clean.

Had a nice quiet stay by the tennis courts across the street from sheriff’s office. Checked in with them
And they said it was fine.

We came here around 10pm both bathrooms are locked 🔒. But there is water to fill up our tank. it's really quiet at night and we feel safe because of the other trucks that are parked and lights on the posts.

Got here about 6pm and there was a lot of boat traffic. Fun to watch people backing their trailers up to take their boats out. By 9 pm we weee the only ones left.
Police were around and said that parking in the parking lot or in the grassy area was fine.
We had our slide out and ran our generator.

Pioneer Park. Deerfield Beach. Dodo en arrière du terrain de tennis et de baseball, en face de l’Hillsboro Canal. Bel endroit pour travailler, relaxer et passer la nuit. Vraiment tranquille. Le jour c’est l’endroit par excellence de promenade de toutou.

I parked here overnight with no issues. Parallel parking alongside the park.

Stayed the night & it was great - the next morning the park ranger told us there were complaints of overnight parking & the sheriff was going to ticket us but she said no she’d just give us a warning instead of no overnight parking.

big open field stayed here with 2 others not issues getting out the grill... local man came by on his bike screaming it's not a KOA and seemed pretty angry but he left.. cops and park rangers drive by all the time no hassels

Pioneer park is located in Deerfield Florida 10 minutes south of Boca Raton. It’s a beautiful park with a boat ramp to the intercoastal, softball field, tennis courts, Publix and gas stations extremely close. There is a free 24 hour parking lot located on the south west corner of the park. Bathrooms, water Spicket available behind the bathroom as well as electric (120amp) outlet on the outside bathroom wall. There’s a sheriff station literally right across the street spoke to a couple police officers and they had no problems with me staying overnight; Literally stayed here for a week; awesome location!
