There no overnight prohibited sign and there is nice view of the bridge.

Excellent spot. Also another spot nearby (another overlook just south on 1).
Report Check-InPulled into this parking/observation area. Within a short period of time had several cars pull in and out staying for brief periods of time and leave. Lots of traffic noise and a busy intersection with traffic lights and a large street light shining into the lot added to the discomfort - left for a different location
