Something not right?

Description

A wide open free area (BLM rules). Easy in and out, loads of space, easy for tents or big rigs. The borders are marked. All sorts of cell service too. Food, fuel and supplies are minutes away in LaVerkin. The area does get dusty on windy days. There are dozens and dozens of sites in this area. I have never not found one.

Latest Check-Ins

Rough road right off Hwy9 leading into Zion. Town with all amenities close by. Lots of people here, pretty close by but it's quiet and nice views.

Report Check-In

Second day here- space as described.
Road getting in is pretty rough, take it very slow. High clearance preferred.

-campsites are pretty close together, although it’s very quiet.
-14 day max stay- most people are here to visit Zion, like myself. Leave after a few days.
-very clean - let’s keep it that way!
-close to town / right off the highway - zero highway noise
-runs into private property - rangers are frequent visitors here
-gorgeous views

Would definitely stay again! Safe travels everyone!

Report Check-In

As others mentioned, bumpy road going in but made it fine with our low clearance 2wd van. Lots of campers here and decent cell service. Nice and close proximity to Zion.

Report Check-In

Short drive in off of highway 9, a bit of a rough drop from the pavement. Road is rutted, just take it very slow. There are Class A buses here. We came with a 40 ft fifth wheel toyhauler. We found room for 2 of us. Dusty red dirt and goats heads to get in the dogs paws, so don't let them wander into the vegetation. Came here to go off-road with our sxs. La Verkin and Hurricane nearby for shopping.

Report Check-In

BLM just west of Zion. We came in with a 40ft fifth wheel toyhauler. A short rough road in. Red dirt and goats heads for the dogs to avoid. Beautiful views. Numerous ATV trails abound. We tried Sheep's Bridge Road first, no room so took the pavement around to here.

Report Check-In

A bit of a bumpy road in, but I still made it with my 2 wheel drive minivan. The spot is very pretty, with a town just down the mountain. The only downside is that there is not a ton of coverage and it is visible to the main road... made it a little hard to find a spot to pee, but I made it work.

Report Check-In

Great place right off the main road to Zion. Definitely bumpy and lots of ruts getting in here but doable for any vehicle. There are a few little spots on the way to the main area. Once at the main area it looks like a corral of sorts. Folks camp all along the outside edge. Tons of room for folks.

Report Check-In

This area is rutted out but if its dry it's fine for all vehicles. Lots of camping boundaries, seems like you just stay within those are you're fine.

Report Check-In

High desert terrain, close to Zion, and LaVerkin for food, gas, etc. Roads in can be rutted and muddy after rain.
