Probably the most peaceful wild camp out of the lot in this area. Zero cars passed and we have been here 3 pm to 10 am. This is an old farm track - you can see track on grass and we parked at a tree in front of an unused farm gate (overgrown). Not much wind protection and no MTC but much better than anywhere on the C13

Please make sure you NEVER leave toilet paper at a wild camp. We carried a bunch of paper out from a previous visitor.
The route connecting the C13 and C14 is a great drive. Other potential wild camps in the last third of D425 on the C14 side where there are no fences and more koppies.
As stated, an absolutely peaceful and beautiful place in this area where wild camping opportunities are very few due to the fences. We drove through the open gate to get further away from the road, even though we didn’t see or hear a car passing by. Saw an Aardwolf and Steenbok. One of our nicest wild campsites. Thank you for sharing.
Please keep it without any trace of camping in order to preserve it for others (i.e. do not build fireplaces, etc).
As mentioned, for this area with very little opportunities to wild camp (due to the fences), this place is perfect! Not sure whether one is visible from the road, but we did not see or heard a car in all the time we were here. We saw an Aardwolf and a Steenbok. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Thank you for sharing.
