BLM Land | Wild Camping

Lots of trash but nicely secluded if you drive over to ridge. Road is a little rutted but managed with a commercial 22ft RV no problem. Bring a few trash bags to clean up the area. Keep BLM land clean.

Nothing special, good for one night. Close to the Kuna-Mora Rd with constant truck traffic. Not ideal if you are in a tent. Disappointing to see so much trash.

as stated before, this spot is only worthwhile if you go over the ridge about a mile down the road. otherwise at this point the first two spots have a lot more trash than just bullet casings. one of them even has a burned couch... past the ridge it's a lot cleaner tho there definitely still is some trash and casings. the road is definitely rough but not so bad when dry, would be a nightmare if wet. overall not a bad spot, great views of the wide open range and only 1/2 hour from downtown Boise.

Road is a little rough, but proceed slowly. I passed the first two parking spots, mostly covered with used bullets - but once you get across the ridge, great camping. Good star gazing and little light pollution from the city. Recommend 4 x 4 to get deeper into the BLM land.

Good spot for one night not too far outside Boise. You might need relatively high clearance to make it off the paved road and onto the dirt road that leads here--there's a "step" of about 1'. The dirt road itself is pretty rutted and probably hard to navigate when wet/muddy.

Nice open area and views. Steep drop off coming in and rutted road. Beautiful stars shining at night.
