Description

This place is amazing! Patricia and her family have different spots named „soñarte“. These coordinates are where it is possible to camp. Few campers fit and for big rigs it could be challenging. You can camp on the parking lot or in the courtyard but max. 3m20 high camper can pass. Breakfast is possible for 10‘000 pp and need to be informed one day before. Area with billiard and tables in a beautiful setting full of birds. There are also very nice room to rent. The best part was the coffee tour in the finca with Patricia, 4 hours, very authentic & interesting, incl. coffee & fruit tasting! They have a Restaurant 15min walk from the finca in a beautiful setting with view over the town. Or the restaurant „Ancestro“ from her brother with great view and good food 15min by car. She also organised us a tour in a Cacao finca for the next day. Patricia‘s coffee is part of a association of women having fincas and producing their own coffee and do a lot to develop and keep the region sustainable. Best experience we could have wished to experience in a truly authentic coffee finca in Colombia! Very very recommendable!

Latest Check-Ins

I check in, because I want so say, that this coffee tour with Patricia, the owner, and her lodge are outstanding. First of all Patricia is an educated, interesting person with a special attitude to life. She is born in the region, involved in woman and other social projects. Ecology and birdwatching/ nature are important to her. The village nearby is very authentic and even on Sundays not too crowded.
On the tour she took us to her grandparents coffee farm, on a Willy‘s ride and walking, around the village and gave a profound insight to coffee processing.
The lodge is a gem with areas to hang out and relax by the pond.

Report Check-In

Exactly as described. We stayed at the parkinglot (40000 cop per night for 2 in a truck). The Tour is amazing including a little coffe-tasting-quiz at the end (60000 p.p.). Enjoyed it very much. WiFi reception at parkinglot, but electricty only at the house.
