Description
Hotel that is about 3km from the Malawi border if you cross late. 20,000 Kwacha to park in car park with access to toilet in the hotel (no shower). Or 30,000 Kwacha to stay in a room (includes free cooked breakfast). You cannot park in front of the room, they are out the back, but there was a security guard for the enclosed car park area. My camper was safe overnight in the car park.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.

and to collent the bed, you have to sleep on a wood plank! the mattress are terrible!!!!
Report Check-InThe Room are clean, no problem. But all the rooms even with 2 Big beds are for 2 people. We came with our kids and they wanted us to pay double for one room just because there is 2 beds. So we decided to negociate 1 Big beds + an extra little mattress on the floor. We paid 50.000 kwachas.
They have like 100 rooms in the hotel and gave us the only one (the best as they said) just in front of the Big generator...the day before they assured us the generator won't start ...but it was wrong! it woke up us at 4.00!!!
And they also told us that we have to pay an extra breakfast for the kids because the 50.000k were just for the beds and 2 breakfast.
We negociated to not pay and have 4 breakfasts included in the proposed Price. It was hard but we did it.
The woman at the reception is not kind and really difficult to convince.
I do not recommand, they are plenty of other lodges and hôtel at this place.
Stayed in this hotel overnight before crossing into Mozambique. It was a welcome stop after a long drive. Their outdoor bar area is great, with a good variety of very cold and decently priced beers. We also ate dinner here which pretty reasonable and tasty. The rooms are fairly well maintained and clean with hot water, however the beds are a little on the hard side. Secure parking with with walls and locked gate with a night guard. The staff were really nice and welcoming. 2-3 kms to the border.

20,000 per 2 for parking and sleep in your car. 40,000 for a double bed room including breafast. 5,500 for breakfast. Can be paid by card.
