Last comment I read about Lac des Nations/ Parc Jacques Cartier was that you can stay overnight but it's not true. The park closes at 11pm. Although there is no gate, it's on your own risk if the cops come over at 1:30am to tell you to leave. And because of the Covid-19, bathrooms and info center were closed. But for a day at the park and the lake, it is beautiful. Bring your chairs and enjoy the view.
Report Check-InSpent the night with 2 others. Felt safe. A bit of noise with cars passing but it wasn’t too busy at night. The park below has no parking signs from 2300 - 700 but this spot was fine. Lovely park with the fall colours. Good Wifi, washrooms and water fountains are available in the park.
