Fantastic Lodge and shady campsites. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Ablutions are a little tired and could do with some TLC.

Very nice campsite in green surroundings next to the lagoon.

Way in not as difficult as we feared. Path is very well signposted. We let the tire pressure of our rental Hillux down to 1.5 in the front and 1.7 in the back and had no problems whatsoever. Basic sand driving skills apply, but we didn’t even engage low 4WD.

Don’t worry about the last stretch over the lagoon too much either. This side of the water was completely dry when we visited. They also built a causeway over the lagoon, which was easy to drive on. Might be different in or after the rainy season.

Camp is fenced, so ideal for families too.

What an amazing place? The water was up, so we were met by a guide who sat on the bonnet and guided us through the sand and the water. Lovely experience.
