This is an old historic site, with an old courthouse, pavilion, and picnic benches, not a campground. Super quiet. Great place to spend the night. And they have electricity! All FREE. We have a 24 foot rig which fit with no problems. Bigger rig could fit too. In order to use the electricity, there is no actual 30 amp plug in, but there is a 110 house outlet built into the floor of the pavilion. If you have a converter and park close to the pavilion. The breaker might be off, but the panel is right on the pavilion. Great place to spend the night.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.

I spoke with Charlett, the director of this historic site and its facilities. 662-415-2815. They are currently renovating the site and there is no free electricity available. I received permission to park and she requested that I “leave no trace”. There are homes all around and you will be noticed. I would not have stayed if I hadn’t had the opportunity to ask permission.
Due to the renovation, there’s a portopotty! Cell service isn’t great. One or two bars of Verizon.
