Small parking lot in gravel near the river. It’s on your left when you arrive. Do not park here on Tuesday evening when the firemen come for exercises with 4-5 trucks. There is another small spot on your right when you arrive. Take the small road just before the bridge on your right.
.....
Petit stationnement directement sur le bord de la rivière. Un lampadaire reste allumé toute la nuit mais avec nos toiles, ça ne nous a pas dérangé . Nous avons dormi au son de la rivière. Très bel endroit tranquille
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
I needed a place to stop for breakfast. There is room for multiple rigs and the site is level. I imagine you would get a good night's sleep with the roaring river flowing by. One bar of Telus.
Report Check-InI camped at the small spot to the right of the bridge and it was really nice so I decided to stay an extra day but I would advise against that. The lovely lady from the museum did come down to see me and told me I shouldn’t park there because of the rain but I kinda got the feeling that she didn’t appreciate me staying there so I moved on right away. She also mentioned that they might put No Overnight signs in the gravel lot where the fire trucks go to practice so be aware of that and lay low if you use any of the two spots (come in the evening and leave early)
Report Check-InThis place is in wrong location - it is located at 44.92543, -62.54326
Report Check-InThis is a nice very nice place. Keep it like that. If you are not self contained you should use a campground. Otherwise you destroy places like that. We cleaned the place today. It had toilet paper all over the place. Yuck.
Leave no trace of your camp: Make sure you carry out your rubbish; you should leave the site as you found it.
Report Check-InTwo Fishery Officers came by and asked us if we wanted to stay here for the night. That wasn't a problem, but they warned us it could get busy with fishermen tonight. So we decided to move
Report Check-InThe Situation is the same. In night some cars come and go........
Report Check-InIt' directly bei a little Waterfall near the street, but quiet to sleep.
Report Check-InWhen you arrive, the gravel parking lot is on your left. Be carrefull Because every Tuesday evening the firemen come and use this area for practicing with 4-5 trucks… they asked us to move for two hours. Do not park in front of the hydrant terminal for firemen. We moved on the right side when you look at the small bridge. There is a small gravel road and that Road will bring you 100 meters further in a beautifull small parking directly on the river. Even better
Report Check-InJust stopped by, but look really cool for an overnight stay.
Nous sommes juste arrêté mais semble bien pour une nuit.
