Received a $75 Parking ticket for parking here. just to clarify, No parking between Nov and April includes April as well. The Breckenridge site and Breckpark have lots of information on free parking lots.

Got here at 9pm, just like others noted you can stay here for free from 8pm until 10am and overnight is allowed except for April through November. There was a little noise until about 10:30 but was quiet enough to sleep after that. Will stay here again in the future.

Still works as an overnight spot. The parking lot gets very busy for dinner but clears out after about 9pm. We had a quiet night. The trivia in the broken compass brewery was fun!

Stayed here with no problems. There was a truck camper close by and other cars in the lot overnight. Seems to be the only parking lot that allows overnight in the off season.

Parking lot behind Main Street that you have to pay for until 8pm. It’s free from 8pm til 10am and allows overnight stays in the off season - April til November. I stayed there on a Wednesday night and one of the local breweries nearby- Broken Compass - has a trivia night on Wednesday. Check it out if you’re there on that day of the week! Great Verizon service in the parking lot.

great option. we parked at 5pm, paid for 3 hours ($2.00) until 8pm and then it was free until 10am next morning.
spots are not level, some are worse than others, but all tilt.
some noise from ppl leaving bars (cars with loud music) but quiet after midnight. no knock on the window though! close to many restaurants. I'd recommend.

Stayed here overnight and wasn’t bothered. Free 8pm-10am, has signs for no parking 2-6am November-April. I stayed here in July. Good Verizon and ATT service.
